Species identification

LFS just sent an email and they have this species in stock. It was of course labeled “green mantis” by their distributor. Can anyone identify it? It is a smasher. It could be a G. viridis which is one of the ones commonly referred to as a green, but it doesn’t look like the pics from Dr. Roy’s post.

Thank you Dr. Roy. He is in his tank now but I haven’t gotten a clear look at his meral spots yet. I appreciate your input.

Dr. Roy, I was wondering if the glabrous could possibly have more yellow meral spots? I am attaching more pics which shoe a more yellowish meral spots. Could this be a Gonodactylaceus falcatus? These are unfortunately the best I can get at this point because it doesn’t leave the pipe that I have seen. It may be possible that the pic from the LFS is a different specimen because it went over the wall and down their drain system when they attempted to catch it, but they did find it in the drain pipe so it is likely the same one. @Gonodactylus

Awesome. Thanks again. I hadn’t really been able to get a good look at the spots until yesterday. I appreciate all of your help.
