Need help to ID

Pretty new to the hobby, still learning what's what. Any idea on what this is on attached picture, just above the water line. Looks like s cluster of eggs or something? This is in my refugium.

Didn't even consider that. I have some snails and amphipods in the five, but... recently added a neon goby from display tank that was getting picked on... temporary until I could figure out what to do with him. And shortly after was when I noticed it...

I don't think it's really anything of significance. You might want to get a paper towel or something and remove it.
