Not sure on actual species, but it looks to have sharp pointy claws, which is a no go for a reef tank.
general rule of thumb for crabs is if their claws are rounded they are probably safe, if they are pointy, get rid of them.

Looks kind of like a lined or spotted shore crab.
As said above, pointy claws are bad claws. It means they can go after fish or other inverts.

Those claws don't look "pointy", they look very much like an emerald crab's algae pulling claws.
