Power supply

I have a deepwater bldc12 and I am looking for the power supply only. Is that something I can order from you guys?

Got this response from our purchasing department a moment ago:

"I finally heard back and they don’t have any of the older power supplies left. But, he mentioned they are getting a new shipment of new ones, so I replied asking if they were compatible or not."

Got another response from our purchasing department.

"The new power supplies will be compatible with the older pumps. I will let you know when they get some in."

I will set a reminder to check back in with her next week.

Unfortunately we have no new information to share about the power supply.

I set a new reminder 10 days from now to ask for another update from our buyer.

Any communication on this subject that occurs, I will immediately let you know.

OK, heard back from our buyer. She spoke with our vendor once more. This is what they told us:

“We looked and we already accepted a return on DC12 for this customer from {company name] in [state] and drop shipped him a Vectra L1 from MD wholesale to replace it.”

It sounds like the matter is now solved. However, if that is not the case, by all means let me know so we can continue working together to resolve the matter.

I did get a new pump but I was looking for a power supply for this 1 just in case I need a back up for any reason... I want to buy the power supply.
