Calcium

Hi,
I'm very confused about calcium and calcium dosing. Hope someone can give me the "Calcium For Dummies"

I lots of Calcium chloride and Calcium carbonate at my disposal. To dose this I have looked at reef calculators but none of them mentioned the two powders. Do I need to mix them together or dose separately? If mix what ration?

Thanks
