M1 controller blinking green
Hello, my M1 controller is blinking green (only green) not solid green like it should when in constant mode. Does anyone know what a blinking green light means? I can't find it anywhere. There is no obstruction it is on a new tank with nothing in it but water. Thanks !!

It was kicking me a notification that it was on battery power even though it's not hooked up to a battery back-up. Did a factory reset and recalibrated it and the notifications stopped but it's still blinking green. Asked ecotech and they said to clean the pump even though it's running in tap water doing a leak test on the plumbing of my tank. Which makes no sense to me but I did it anyway. There was nothing. Clean and bright white in there. Then they came back that I need to take pictures inside the pump. Again, it's not my first Vectra and everything is perfect in there. They can't seem to give me an answer as to what blinking green means other than it's "likely" it needs to be cleaned.

Their customer service sucks, I wrote them because every time I put them in feed mode, they disengage.
One week after my email, no response.

It's very unusual that you would not have received a response from us after 1 day. That said, I would recommend ensuring you've emailed service@ecotechmarine.com
