Same Old 300 Gallons
Hello all,
It's been a while. The Nems are getting bigger, I have to move them around. Last edited by Deepsea2005; 10/04/2017 at 07:22 PM. |

Awesome! I just picked up a Mertens to go along with a Gig and Haddoni in my 220. Mertens mad himself a home at rock/sand interface just like my Haddoni. How is it positioned in your tank? Buried in sand(2"+?) and then surrounded by rock? Also, flow doesn't look to be too crazy. Just trying to provide best options for the nems and looking for some guidance. Thanks!

My Mertens is not bury its foot in the sand, it just sticks on the rock. Most reefers have high flow in their tanks, but I don't. I want my nems stay where I want them to be. So I need to give them the right rock work, or sand bed... The flow is the most difficult thing, if the flow is not right, the nem will move.... Hope it helps, and happy reefing. |

Spectacular as always, keep the videos coming. Wondering if the white tube at the front is there for a specific reason?
