Coral ID Please

Can anyone ID this coral for me please and also how to frag it?
My friend trying to give me a piece of this but not sure how to frag it.
Can i just cut couple of the tentacles on the side and stick it to the frag plug? Will the cut be okay for both corals?

Thanks

It looks like just a finger leather coral. If so then yes cutting one of the side pieces will be fine. Might be hard to glue to a frag plug though. You could try rubber banding it to a small rock or the plug if the glue doesn’t secure it

I read online that cutting hand leather coral could be toxin if I do it inside the tank, True? Kind of hard to take the piece out.
