Tunze turbelle or Koralia Gen 3

Hey I’m need to get another powerhead. The Tunze is on sale for $98. The Koralia is $84. The Tunez is 1700gph while the Koralia is 2450gph. Which one should I go with?

Tunze’s are normally bullet proof. I’ve run Koralia’s before and they are OK but I’ve been running Tunze’s streams for almost 8 years and beat the daylights out of them and they just keep taking the abuse. You won’t find more reliable and better built pumps then Tunze’s.

You might consider looking at the Tunze 6095. That one has a controller and can do all kinds of flow patterns. With Black Friday sales, you can save a small fortune on an even better pump.
