Awaiting pictures...algae on the glass is totally normal...many clean the glass weekly...

Is this something new? Any changes?...The more detailed information you give the better the chance of us providing a useful response..

My softy tank gets brown algae on the glass that requires cleaning weekly, like mcgyvr stated.... its normal. My main DT gets green fine algae on its glass along with coralline eventually also requiring weekly cleaning, so any tank can have different algae species after 2 yrs or longer. Im betting that most all pretty pictures of perfect pristine glass tanks we see online are taken........................... just after a through cleaning.
