GHL Doser 2 - new features and prices

We are going to publish all details and prices next week on our website.

Until then I want to give you some more information about the GHL Doser 2

Most important change compared to the first version:
- the GHL Doser 2 has WiFi !!! We decided against Bluetooth since BT is too limited. With WiFi we have so many options like cloud services and better compatibility with apps/smartphones
- extremely accurate dosing with 24V stepper motors !!!
- port for connecting magnet stirrers! (stirs before dosing)
- port for connecting the new external GHL Control Pad (4.3" capactive touch screen)

other features
- temperature measurement with alarm
- ATO and AWC (with 2 level sensors)
- operation with Apps or GHL Control Center (via WiFi or USB)
- expandable, up to 16 pumps with slave-dosers

and much more - full details next week

At the moment we have only the prices for Europe:
unit with
2 pumps: 285 €
3 pumps: 336 €
4 pumps: 386 €
+ tax

Prices for other regions will be announced soon.

Preorders - are taken from 29. Aug. 2014 on

Shipments - start last week of September

Great news. And awesome it has wifi! Did you included the manual/physical dosing button on the front in the end?

We are pleased to announce the North American Pricing for the NEW GHL Doser 2

I think when you look at the rich feature list including stepper motors plus wifi and the compact design this pricing is way below expectations!

Doser 3
Retail price for USA = $484.00
Retail Price for Canada = $499.00

Doser 4
Retail price for USA = $559.00
Retail Price for Canada = $599.00

Would this new doser be able to connect with the original slave doser and have it controlled via wifi or app?

so this doser is also recommended for AWC? I was always under the impression that the GHL doser was not made for that purpose, i.e high volumes

What is the max hourly/daily/weekly dose?

Awc for smaller volumes

At the moment the specs are 1l/h, but our testing shows we can increase that

Details come in the next weeks when tests are done

Furthermore we plan an extension pump for higher flow resp. Volume

Donald that sounds like your needs would fall well below the "Max" the Doser2 would allow even before the Extension Pump Matthias mentioned. It looks like it would be a great fit for your needs.

The MAX suggested using Matthias #'s above would be around 720l/month (30 day month).

Sounds as a great product. I am looking in the market for a Doser and still in the fence if i wait until this one come out but i have some doubts and will like to see if they can be cleared up. This way i will know what other costs i will have in the long run.

1. Magnet Stirrer - can you please elaborate of which one is recommended?
2. Temp. measure - will it come equipped with everything needed for this function?
3. ATO / AWC with sensors - same as above.

Thanks in advance and sorry if i missed some details.

#2 #3 are options, the capability is built in you just need to add the sensors.

Matthias can answer #1 when he has a bot of time away from final developments.

The new doser uses 24V stepper motor as oppose to 12v stepper in original doser, right?

In terms of accuracy, would they be the same? Just a different protocol utilized in the new unit?
