Need Help with Red Slime in one Area

I have a 24" x 48" x 20" 100G SPS tank. I am running two MP40s for circulation. I have an area inside of a large montipora digitata that is developing some red slime and I think the issue is circulation. Agree? If so, I was thinking about adding a powerhead to direct a bit more flow in that area. Does this sound like a good idea? Or any other suggestions? And then suggestions on a Powerhead that I can point in different directions if you agree that is the right approach.

Thanks!

Put another MP40 on the back wall and run nutrient transport mode once or twice a day. But you can add any pump on the back wall to help break up the flow more.

Thanks. If I go with a directional powerhead, what flow rate should I use? I would place the powerhead on the back of the tank on the right side. So probably a foot or so away from the area.

Minimum flow rate should be 1000gph. But you might be able to get away with less being on the back wall? You're just trying to break things up to create some random flow in that area, which should keep detritus from settling.
