I am so excited to finally get my dream set up running.
for the size of this tank and equipment my built might be the cheapest around since i did most of the work myself and trying to continue to be as cheap as possible.

i love to have starphire but i am afraid of busted seems specially living here in Southern California

also it looks like all of my fish including the soon to be acquired harlequin tusk will be on my 300 gallon tank for hyposalinity treatment.

consult with structural engineer today.
the guys very knowledgeable all i have to do is, hook him up with fish and corals contact!
this hobby is very expensive but if you know the right people it can make this hobby affordable

5 local reefer stop by and move my tank inside the house and one help me break down the my 300 gallon. my 300 gallon is current on the floor . picture update later on tonight!

i moved the tank with the help of my wife using caster
just waiting for the plumbing , more water


my 300 gallon QT


also my newly acquired regal angel died yesterday

How do the seams bust on the tank, are there not good tank builders around there. I always loved acyllic but people always talking of how easy it gets scratched. By the way good luck with your new tank.

the old tank never bust!It is also an acrylic.
BTW i just scratch it yesterday despite of great preparation.
.5" mostly unnoticeablebut i know its there!
glass(starphire) is great but not for a big tank here in California

hyposalinity treatment abandon because most of my fish were lying down on their side . i loss a flame hawk . a lot of leak notice during the leak test.hopefully tomorrow night i can finish it.

damm that sucks. throw some power heads in there for more flow or something.. hopefully you can get some good luck.

it has a 1 tunze 6205 while the fish on the 300 gallon.
but its all of the fish are back on the main tank.they are happy again
hopefully i can finish the plumbing tomorrow morning.
anyway the polyps extension is crazy i never seen my corals like this before ever!
