Haha... i am seriously lazy reefer.

Up to last week.


I dipped my duncanopsammia auxifugia in fresh water. Because the was a issue with planaria flatworms.

Pic1-2 after the dip
Pic3-4 4 days later
Pic 5-6 siphoning the fixed corals.

Is that a parrot fish in there I see in some of the old photos? Have you had any issues with him chewing on coral or rock? Always wanted one but I hear mixed reviews

No issue at all
It was a scarus quoyi

I lost it due to my very dominant ancanthurus lineatus and leucosternon combined

These corals are growing like a bonsai tree on the bottom of my EZ550Reef.


These are the same corals 34 weeks earlier.

Most colonies were placed in 2012.

There has been 2 rescapes already. Both time i cut bak about 25cm.

Corals grow with a rate of 1,5-2mm per day
