Magnifica Question

Any ideas what the mark below the mouth of my mag is? It almost looks like it’s forming another mouth. Sorry about the short video but it just caught some mysis so the view was not going to get any better. Any ideas?

Hard to tell from clip.

It's not real common, but mags do split, so maybe.
