Good morning, RC! We received our shipment last Friday, 10/18/13. They have been inspected, inventoried and allocated for shipment—which is why some of you may have been charged already. All will ship today. We only had one order that came through this morning that will have to wait until our next shipment. Everyone else that has been waiting will be taken care of today.

The EM200 was on my short list until i noticed it was unobtainium. It appears with the shipment today we could start seeing regular shipments or will it now be another 6 to 8 weeks plus?

Turns out 6 weeks may be right. Our current ETA is mid to late November.

We still do not have a precise delivery date, but we are still expecting delivery by the end of November. Our purchasing department says they will keep us apprised of any delays so we can come back to RC and update you if there are any unforeseen hiccups.

13 x EM200 skimmers should be here next week. We have 14 backorders, so nearly all will be fulfilled. The 1 remaining BO should be taken care of in early April—we have two other PO's pending with AquaMaxx for a total of 27.

I have a EM200 in backorder for two weeks; when I placed the order I read ETA 2-4weeks, but now I'm reading ETA 2-4 Months! - what is the latest? Thank you.

Hi, jr_austin. Thank you so much for your patience. Although our latest AquaMaxx shipment was supposed to arrive today and hasn't, I do have some positive news to share on that front: we now know the shipment has arrived here in the U.S. and was delayed slightly due to the Labor Day holiday. The shipment is waiting to be cleared by customs so we expect delivery next week.
