Radion G2 Fans?

Bought 3 g2’s and I’d like to go through them before using them and I did notice when you power up each unit the fans will twitch and try to start running but won’t, with alittle help they will start running and continue to run with no issues but I’d like to replace them. Does anyone know a aftermarket fan they would recommend or know where I can buy the oem fans

ETM stocks them. I looked around a little for replacement fans with similar ratings and didn’t see anything.
