Sick Powder Blue

I searched the forum for answers but I'm not having any luck with that.

I've had my Powder Blue for about 4 months now.

Last night it didn't eat.
This morning it didn't eat.
It didn't eat just now.

I did put in a quarantine tank.

It is currently either swimming in circles or swimming as if it's blind and running into the glass, conduit or rock holding the algae.

I need help.
