Ammonia 0.25 nitrite 2.0 nitrate 40,ppm should I add a bit more ammonia useing Dr tims on my 2cd week

Nope.. Do not add more ammonia.. Just wait..
Once ammonia and nitrite drop to zero the tank is cycled.. At that point you want to do water changes to drop that nitrate level down to something like 10 or less.. More ammonia is only going to cause you to work harder to remove more nitrates...
