Possible hammer coral pest?

Just seen this today on my hammer coral. I diped him in coral rx before putting him in my tank a few weeks ago. Any ideas what these might be? They look like they're kinda brown under my flash light. Maybe flatworms?

After a few days of observation they haven't moved and when the light comes on during the tank daytime they kinda extend from the skeleton of the coral and kinda retract once the light goes off...kinda weird. The coral is looking good so idk if I should dip him again or not?
