Osmolator control box not working
Hi I bought a 3155 from Amazon about 4 months ago. After unplugging to do my WC today I plugged it back in and it alarms constantly. Nothing I've done will get it to stop alarming, shifting the seniors, cleaning it all, turning the pump over to let air out etc. please advise on how I should proceed. I'd hate to have to buy a new control box after only 4 months.

When you plug it in, what lights are on? This will tell us what is wrong, be sure to view it directly as the lights can be visible through multiple windows.

When I power cycle the level light shows for about a second the. It turns off and then too low too high blinking and alarming

That is the water damage signal. If it is minor and usually it is, usually the cause is the power supply tip was plugged in wet, I can repair that in most cases, if water got on a major component like the processor, I won't be able to repair it. Send it in with a note with return address and phone number.
