Btw. Those frags are there just to acclimate to the light. Then I will move them.

My green bubble is touching the neighboring Zoas and they seem to tolerate each other. Zero retraction. No other Lps within stinging range

My bubble meets up with common purple mushrooms on one side and a ricordia yuma on the other side.
The bubble wins and the mushrooms retract which was what I was hoping for.

My bubble also gets a short period of direct sunlight in the morning and seems fine with the higher than typically recommended light levels.

Loved mine, but I couldnt find a spot with low enough flow. So it eventually receded and slowly died.

I'm worried this little guy isn't doing well... I've had him for 3 days now.
Lights are off.. That is an evening shot!

that's how a bubble looks with lights off.... I don't see anything unusual here.
Maybe it's fine!

What is your flow like? Lighting? Placement?
What are your water parameters?

I love my bubble coral. It's amazing how once I knew what placement s/he liked and what food it likes to eat. It doesn't stop growing and expanding!

They're very undemanding on food. Mine will readily take down everything from mysis, to pellets, to algae flakes (though probably gets the least nutritional value from algae flakes). I actually don't feed mine ever, it grows well enough on light alone, and if I feed it every fish and invert in the tank seems to know and starts picking at it trying to pull food from the tentacles and mouths

I give mysis shrimp, silverside pieces (crazy reaction with these), my own personal food cocktail, and I have seen some Hikari Seaweed Extreme wafers getting swallowed up. There's also filtering of the zooplankton in the water. Try switching it up and finding which foods give you the best reaction, but no need to overdo it - they can still make their own "food" with proper lighting.

It can work in my favor if I turn all the lights off to feed it and I honestly have never, ever, seen it get so big in pure darkness.
