Clownfish hosting Hammer - Bad or Good
My Clownfish had been recently hosting or "bugging" (depending on how you want to perceive this) my Hammer corals.
I notice the non-hosted hammers are more expanded than the hosted ones. Days before that they are all equally expanded until my Clownfish has decided to host them. Is this something I need to worry? I mean for the Hammers. |

Actually your Hammer is hosting the clowns but I digress. Euphyllia can irritated by the fish constantly swimming in and out of their tentacles. They may eventually adapt to the irritation, but if the clowns are aggressively swimming in and out of their tentacles they can do damage.

Thst's why I know the Clownfish is causing the Hammers to be a bit tad shy. I am hoping they will adapt to the fish. |
