WTB: 36" T5 Fixture and TDS Meter

I'm looking to upgrade from my current 36" PC fixture to a 4 bulb (2x39W 10K + 2x39W 460 nm Actinic) T5 fixture. My current fixture is a 4-bulb JBJ Aqua-Lighting fixture. It comes with the 4 bulbs (2 daylight and 2 actinic) plus integrated cooling fans. It's been used for about 6 months.

I am willing to trade my current lighting system for yours+cash.

On another note, I've also been topping my water off with drinking tap water for the past few months now. My corals aren't growing and I'm suspecting this may be the main problem. If anyone has a TDS meter for sale or ideally one that I can borrow, that would be great. I just need to confirm my current drinking water readings and find out if I need to invest in an RO/DI system or just buy water from my lfs.

Located in the san gabriel area. Pick-up is preferred.

Thanks!
