7095 Repair

Are these too old to repair? I have all of the LEDS lit on the right side (stay on even wen the left side is on) and the pulse function no longer works.

Definitely not too old, we still make them today, however their is very little that can be repaired, we can replace knobs, the photocell/LED and the food timer button, but beyond that the controller would be replaced and we would discount a replacement.

Roger, I have a 7095 that needs to have the photo cell replaced. I've seen your address in other posts. Do I pre-pay with a check? Call you with a credit card number? What's the process, and what does this repair cost?

Thanks!

You might open the 7095 and check if you can't do it yourself. Since 2009 the 7095 photocell plugs in inside and is fairly easy to replace and can be ordered on Tunze.com. Part 7095.050. If it is older and needs to be soldered, the only cost is the part and return shipping.

It's older than 2009, as I purchased it before then. Do I send it and call you with a credit card number? I've never had to have any of my Tunze stuff repaired.

Thanks,

Scott

Just send it in with a note with return address and phone number and I will call for cc info after it is repaired which is usually within a day of receipt.

It's on its way and should be delivered tomorrow. I enclosed a business card as well as my cell phone number. Thanks, Roger.
