Not sure where you are seeing the 10" x 11 1/2" but the 240x230 is correct. This document as the correct sizes with images.

Ok Thanks
My total water volume is 80 for main tank and about 25 Gallons in my sump. I want the 160 but for a little be more I can go the next step up. But I would also have to buy a new sump if I wanted the next size up the 180. |

A bk mini 180 would be too big for your tank. My total water volume is about 150 moderately stocked and even with that, a 180 is almost too much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The Mini 160 would be the better choice. The 180 would be too large and likely inconsistent unless you had a very very very heavy fish load. The mini 160 would be my first choice and suggestion for you regardless of how heavy a load you have.

I run a Mini160 on my heavily stocked SPS dominated 80 gallon. It performs like a champ. Set the water height and forget it. No tweaking this or that. Clean the volute every 4-6 months, full breakdown and cleaning including pump disassembly and bearing check every 8-12 months.
No complaints. Aaron
