Mag Treatment - Should I give up on him?

I have treated my mag for 9 days. Only 2 of those days when 80% of its tentacles were inflated. For the past 2 days, it has completed deflated with only a handful of tentacles inflated. Today it pretty much collapse on itself. I can't even see it mouth without moving it around. It's still partially attached to the side of the mug. I know it's still alive.

What should I do? Should I give up on it? Should I stop the medication?

I would keep trying up the dose and do 100% water change every 24 hour make sure it's getting some light so it knows that it's day time and night time so it will go through it's inflation cycle while cipro is in the water
