Game of Clue... If you guessed the below, then you won:
Mr. Blonde Naso murdered the regal angel in the QT tub with a scalpel. How depressing this morning to find this. Literally cut one on his side by his guts and another close to his anal fin. Its impossible to find a regal eating so it just makes it that much worse. |

That's crummy. I'm still trying to get my regal to have a bigger appetite. Any tips?

My VividAquariums confetti coloring up and starting to look more than just a brown stick.
Maybe one day it'll look like this! QTing a magma wrasse and a flame wrasse... They are both divas and said no pictures. Also QTing a melanarus and foxface for the frag tank and a yellow sided fairy wrasse for the display. Also, one Colorado Sunburst anemone naturally split so I finally put one in the display tank. Then I figured if there's an anemone... There should be clowns in the tank... So, I officially have fish in the tank again. Had this girl since she was the size of a grain of rice, 7 years,3 tanks, and 2 velvet epidemics. I threw in the flamehawk fish too. Can you spot him? Cause he can spot you... You guys know my goniopora obsession... Found this diamond in the rough at Aquadome! Peach/pink colored with yellow tips! Frag of it that broke off when I was dipping it. Back to my FarmerTy ways... A slew of frags going out to Houston and Cali. That's all I got for an update! Stay tuned! |

Hurricane is here! Stock up on supplies... Of mariculture colonies?
Picked up these two beauties, a plana and a granulosa (I believe). |

My red goni with blue centers was looking good today.
My new pink and yellow tip goni is coloring up nicely! Nice to have an anemone in the tank again. Took 2 days and me removing all gonis for them to finally swim into the anemone. Always loved this spot in the tank. I'm glad it made it mostly unscathed when I moved. |

Ummm they are gorgeous who wouldn’t want to host them
By the way clowns host more than one anemone if you place them back into the tank the clowns are most likely to host them again |

They lived with these gonis for 2 years without ever hosting them. Only when I took away their anemone did they resort to other means. Hopefully these guys don't stick to what you've observed and rehost them again once they are put back in the DT. Knowing my luck, that may be doubtful. |

Sounds like you need a bigger species of anemone in your tank to keep them away from the gonis

It may help if I didn't put a tiny split into the tank. He's only really 3.5" across... Almost smaller than the female clown. |
