is apex fusion service down?

my home network is working properly and I can access the apex directly, but apex fusion still shows disconnected.

how often does apex fusion service go down?

My Apex Fusion is functioning.

mine still does not work.
I have rebooted everything. not sure why if I can connect directly to apex why apex could not connect to fusion.

my apex just reconnected to fusion now.

when I checked the status earlier, it says others are experiencing disconnection as well.

Just an update, the problem turned out to be in my local network caused by an ip conflict.
