stream 3 magnets

hi,
i'm having trouble separating magnets of my brand new stream 3.
Any advice?

Twist or slide them to offset the polarity, it can help to remove the silicon rings which is tricky when they are stuck together but can be down by pulling them carefully over the back, the grab of the rubber makes it much harder to break the polarity and eventually pull them apart, the trick though is to somehow move them offset either by twisting or sliding them.
