I run the large kz skimmer, pellet reactor and lights are 2 X orphek atlantik 2.1 and a radion pro at the back.I have had a lot of trouble with th orphek and looking to go to the ATI power module or another high quality led unit, but as they say if it's not broke leave it.I also run a calc reactor and do not add snake oils etc just good quality salt and twice a week water changes which works for me. Hi
Thanks guys, I posted pics to show the size to the tank from different angle as it always looks small in a fts.the achiles is the star but he's getting big and eats like a pig.I'm still reading all the threads on here and amazed at the fantastic corals that you have available. Bill |

Holy smokes Bill!!
Those shots are amazing and the tank is equally amazing! It's so cool to see the tank like that. How did you get pics like that? Filter, editing?

Looks like blue lights with a gel filter (red or orange). Works really well to tame the blue led camera freak out.
Amazing tank. Such dense healthy growth. I have no doubt the colors are even better in real life. Do the coral beauty and flame angels not cause you problems? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hi Dom
Yes its not technical just a £1.50 filter sheet off ebay i had been looking at pro filters that divers used but they were expensive for a one off use so got a couple of different colours in the same range.Basically an health check lol Bpb I only have a coral beauty and had it a few years from a baby and as far as im aware he has not caused any issues, the tank fish are a peaceful community i only get issues if i try a tamarin / fem wrasse species as they get bullied .( i have always wanted a bandit but not wanted to risk it due to price the 2 i have seen have both died in the lfs shops) Bill |

Bandits are spectacular. But super expensive I agree. Nothing wrong with cheap filters. I use the lens from a pair of blue blocking safety glasses lol
