My double A1 prime led light

Just installed, 2 days ago over the new aquarium. I had to set up the tmer manually because for some reason my phone was not recognising my modem in my basement. It turns on when expected and shuts off according to my time request but the one side of the led stays on ever so slightly. Doesn't completely turn off, has a faint glow.
Any suggestions, thank you

Do you have a moonlight setting on that one? I would contact AI directly. They have good customer service.

I don't know about the primes but my 26 glows a little because of the status light on the back of it when the lights are off.

It is a double Hydra 26 light and all colors are set to 50% . It is only on the right side that it flickers so softly? Thanx to both of you for commenting. Made by A1 Prime
