9004 DC wont start brand new

Hi Roger, Bulk Reef was sending you an email as well, kinda surprised they wouldn't exchange this for me when it was DOA. Anyhow it was doing nothing when i installed so I pulled it apart and found that the pump wont start unless bumped and wont restart then after either. The black piece on the front appears seated solid and correct (i found online some saying it would get bumped in shipping causing my issue) anyhow here is the video I made of the issue.

My best guess is a tight fitting impeller, I replied to the message you were CC'd on with BRS and I will reply once more now that I have seen the video.

Also I never saw another email after you watched the video. Please let me know what to try next or if the pump can be advanced replaced billed and credited then when you receive the broke one back.

We closed for the weekend and I have to apologize as I had forgotten about Labor Day. I just wrote you back this morning.

Sorry for my late reply, but thank you for the speedy excellent service parts arrived quick. I had considered not using Tunze for my ATO and power heads after this, but your service gave me the confidence to buy more. They arrived last week all running great.
