What are my zoas attached to?

I picked up a few new frags on Friday and today I noticed something red on one of the frags. It looks like a mouth and reacts to touch by closing and retreating. It also appears to open when the lights come on and close as they're dimming in the evening.

*edit: looks to be a solitary tunicate.
