Nyos 220
I bought a NYOS Quantum 220 skimmer from the rep at MACNA 2017 who was connected to your booth. The pump is louder than I would have expected even though I have disassembled and reassembled the skimmer and pump to make sure everything is assembled correctly. It's been running two weeks and has not quieted down. I have emailed NYOS in Germany but received no response. I know that you are affiliated with NYOS here in the US. Can you tell me who I need to email or how I can get assistance?
