Fallow Period for Ich / Necessary to dose prazi?

If you're in the fallow period for Ich (10-12 weeks) for your display tank, and you want to ensure no worms in there too.. I've dosed with prazi just to make sure.. It hasnt hurt my nems or inverts..

But is it necessary? Will the fishless state kill the flukes/worms too, or will they survive fallow period?

The flukes will be gone after a ich fallow period
