Using a "Method" on a nano?

I'm setting up a 29 gal with 10 gal sump. I'm new to reefing and trying to give myself the best chance at success while learning more about it. These systems seem to be "idiot proof" in that all the guess work is taken out. I see them used on large tanks mostly. Anyone using Triton/API Essentials/Aqua Forest/Red Sea on their nano? Pros and cons?

I bought a standard refrugium kit (Skimmer-fuge-return) for the sump. I'm considering modifying it to try the Full Triton Method.

Hi Steve,

I have used Red Sea on a Sps dominant system with great results. I have also used Tropic Marin Bioactif and NP balance which also worked great. The only thing with carbon dosing is less is more imo. I dosed on actual water volume and not what the tank size and that seemed to work out great. A good skimmer is paramount with either of these methods. Hth’s

I can’t edit my post for some reason.....

Cons are you can strip nutrients FAST with carbon dosing and bleach your coral from increased water clarity. Low dosage and monitor nitrates and phosphates.
