What coral is this?
I have had this thing for a couple years and have no idea what it is.
Cheers! Mark

I am guessing it is a Merlina?

Thanks! It was the size of a quarter when we got it a year and a half ago. Now it is over 6 inches across. It shared the rock with a Red Monti Cap. and an Idaho Grape Monti until one day boom, it killed both of them.
Cheers! Mark

neat coral, sorta rare in the trade, many confuse them with hydnophora or platygyra.
You nailed it!
