Golden Puffer, tankmates and flow
I have a large golden puffer and large zebra eel in a tank by themselves. They have been by themselves for a few years, but had tank mates for a couple years before that of another eel and puffer and were fine. Would a porcupine puffer work as a tank mate?
I also want to increase the flow rate in the tank but don't think I can put in a larger pump because the corner overflow may not handle it. I'm worried about a powerhead in the tank because the puffer is quite the chomper. Any ideas for higher flow that would be large puffer safe? |

Do any of the puffers chew on the wires? I think I'll thread the wire through a 1 inch pvc pipe. My puffer chews on many things in the tank so I would not want him to be electrocuted. |
