Looking at Klir 4” model

I’m looking at the Klir 4” roller filter and I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews.
I really dont want to chop up my custom 1/2” acrylic sump to fit it the Clarisea even though I know the Clarisea is the one everyone chooses.

Looking for feedback on the Klir 4”model - good or bad.

I cannot comment on either of those. But I did purchase the bubble magus filter roller

Aside from my apex it's the second best purchase. After having it I would go as far as replacing my custom sump just to run another.

Glad to hear this....I think if anything ill do the Clarisea but I’d have to chop up sump.

Do you have room to add a small 10 gallon tank to hold a larger unit and then have it dump into the custom sump. You could then use filter socks to hold media bags for carbon and such

I have a Klir filter for sale if you decide to go that route.
It would not fit on my sump it was to big.
I have a 40b sump and I don't want to mess with it since I plan on upgrading in the next year or so.
