I made the light rack for my 300 with 80/20. Love the stuff, just wish the screws and fittings werent so amazingly expensive.

I'm guessing you can't use stainless steel due to potential galvanic corrosion?

I made a light aluminum light frame once with SS rivets, but then thought twice about it, popped them all and replaced with aluminum rivets, not sure if that made any difference but in my mind it did

You never know! But if steel is not coated it will rust over time around saltwater.. so it's better safe than sorry!
