Aquarium Inhabitant Recommendations

Hi Lads and Lasses,
So I have a marine tank (40gb) and I’m looking for a few residents that fit the following criteria:

1. Are very hardy
2. Will get along with the 2 clowns, Astraea snails, anemones, and soft corals
3. Will eat tank algae, slime, and tank growth like a yellow tang
4. Will grow no larger than 2 inches
5. Can be fish or crustacean or invert
6. Can be fed supplementary foods (pellets, nori, etc.) so if there isn’t growth in the tank to eat it can still feed
7. Will churn through and clean out the sand

I’m really just looking for a few suggestions on creatures to graze on bacteria growth, many types of algae, turn around and/or aerate/clean the fine sand, etc.

If you can recommend 1 or 2 different critters I’d appreciate it.
