looked up how to sex them, and it appears to be female because of its body shape, but it looks like it has a brown marking where a pouch would be, i think it may be an immature male.

i can take clearer pictures if need be.

The brown marking is right in the middle of the curve (C curve) of his body

It looks like a young guy. Honestly, from here it could be either or.
However i see the dark spot in the second pic that looks like a pouch forming. Your guess is as good as mine, give him a few more months.

That's a female. The 'brown spot' is normal coloration on some females.

How big is your horse? It appears to be a larger juvie or young sub-adult so I am assuming it should have grown it's pouch if it were a boy. If she is at least 2.5-3" in height I would say positively a girl.
