Pink Anthius Death

Curious what could kill a Pink Anthius a few hours after she was swimming and eating totally fine. There isn’t anything in the tank large enough to kill it. I introduced two female Pink Anthius and two fire fish to a 65 gallon reef 5 days ago

They have all been out and healthy. They all are fine a few hours ago and then I found a small hermit nibbling at the Anthius. The body looked fine.

Water parameters are great and everything in the tank is thriving.

Thank for any help

How long were they at the LFS? Did you quarantine them?
