A "fresh" start

So after buying a new house I had to transfer a previous 40 gallon breeder reef with 40 gal breeder sump. So I packed everything up and bought a 100 gallon rubbermaid stock tank to hold me over til I got everything in the house settled. Well I went to start getting everything together and found my display tank had broken in the move or waiting outside. Soooooo I think I need an upgrade now. My thoughts are to put my display in my living room and my sump(100 stock tank in the basement . Here's what I'm going to buy and I also need some recommendations.
Buy:
Aqueon 75 gallon standard tank (50% off at petco right now)
Hob overflow

Recommendations:
Submersible high head pump for the sump
