Is this diatom or dinoflagellates algae?

It's hard to tell what it is from those pictures but I don't think its diatoms. To much blue in the picture, if u can turn them off to take a pic it would help. It could be hair algea, cyno, Dino or a combination. Cyno & Dino both love to grow on top of hair algea
