I noticed two days ago the male clown trying to go into the mag but the flow was too strong for him to swim in and around the anemone. So I turned the flow down a bit. Since then both of the clowns have been going into the mag more often than before.

Very nice. The flow seem perfect. Light the brighter the better. You cannot have to bright light for these twe species. Color will be much better with extremely bright light

Thank you. I increased light intensity to 75% a few weeks ago and may go a little higher.

I agree, they both are looking happy. I think they want a larger tank. Like a 300g. LOL

Thanks. I'll leave that kind of build and maintenance for more hardcore hobbyists. Lol
You're right though. These two anemones will require a larger tank long term. I can see myself getting a new tank towards the end of the year but no larger than 36"x24" footprint, even if that means only keeping the gig and rehoming the mag to Dave's 120. Haha.

Mag is regaining its colors. The anemone has been enjoying some mysis shrimp and Nutramar Eggs. I'm starting to like it more and more.

I wonder if that particular color is limited to or more prevalent coming from Sri Lanka?

Mag is doing ok. It's coloring up nicely and perhaps has grown a tiny bit.

Looks great. I'm totally out of anemone room but if I ever see one like that I'm buying it anyway. If I knew it would look like that I would order a Sri Lankan one from live aquaria tonight.

This mag is still going strong. It looks like it doubled in size. Hopefully it stops growing this fast because I am in no rush to upgrade. Lol

I sold the mag that started this thread to Davocean and he has taken a great care of it. I was at Petco yesterday and the store had just gotten a saltwater shipment. The shipment included a nice magnifica. I ended up taking it home. It is currently in Cipro treatment.
