Setup 75Gallon Sea horse tank

I have a quick question. My tank is a typical 75 which is 4 foot long. I am going to install two 240 hydro power heads which means i will get the rest of the flow from the return pump. Current efulx dc pump and i can control the flow. But my question is i am thinking about putting a spray bar on the return line. Anyone have any info on the size of the holes that would be need? Thanks.

I just made a spray bar and it has made a huge difference for feeding my horses by keeping the mysis in suspension. I just drilled about every inch and used a 3mm drill bit. The first one that I made was far too strong, so I attached a less powerful pump and it is working great.
