Reef energy question!

So, we recently bough reef energy parts A and B. The instructions have me SO CONFUSED though!! It says mix equal parts of A and B, and says 2ml per 25 gal, BUT... my question is, is that 2 ML of A, and 2 ML of B? Or 2ML total (so 1ML of each parts)??
