Chip on overflow hole... Safe?

I just bought a 90 gallon from someone. I just noticed there is a chip in the overflow hole. Do you think it will cause any problems?

If it's on the outside I wouldn't think so it looks like pretty thick glass but I would leak test it first

Yea, it's on the outside and pretty thick glass. Supposedly it was running before I picked it up, but was drained right before. I'll leak test it again.
